Creating Somersalt

Somersalt is a very simple drink - a canned mocktail.  We use all natural ingredients and every can is 99 calories or less.  Like all great cocktails, Somersalts have just a touch of sweetness.  We only use real cane sugar - no high-fructose corn syrup, no bitter sugar-replacements.  With just a touch of bubbles in every can, the Somersalt zero-proof taste is sure to be 100 times more refreshing as it is intoxicating.

We tasted every cocktail-mimic out there and one thing was very clear - everything was trying to give you the "burn" of alcohol by using weird ingredients.  We took the opposite approach - let's use flavors and ingredients that everyone knows and not worry so much about that burn.
